KEEP UP WITH TRACKING

Bring the update to where you work.

A notification is most useful when it leads to a result you can understand. Metistic alerts help bring tracking updates into your working day, so your team can return to the prompt and supporting checks when something needs attention.

Choose the updates that matter

Use the alert rules available in your workspace to focus notifications on relevant tracking changes. Begin with the prompts and competitive questions your team wants to follow.

Use a channel that fits the review

Choose email for individual updates, Slack for a shared team workflow or a webhook for an existing technical workflow. Keep the delivery choice connected to who will review the result.

Follow the update back to the evidence

Review the prompt, advertiser and tracking context behind a notification. A change is a reason to investigate, with the completed checks helping your team decide what it means.

CHOOSING YOUR DELIVERY CHANNEL

The same tracking question. A useful place to review it.

For example, a team reviewing competitor appearances on a budget-related prompt can bring relevant updates into the workflow it already uses.

EmailAn individual brand or campaign ownerRead the update, then open Metistic to review the supporting tracking.
SlackA team that reviews changes togetherBring the update into a shared discussion and agree who will investigate.
WebhookAn existing technical workflowHave your technical team connect the update to a receiving workflow it manages.

Agree who owns the next step.

Choose a channel that has a clear reviewer. The alert gets attention; the prompt, market and completed checks provide the context for deciding whether action is needed.

HOW TO USE IT

Set up a useful notification workflow.

  1. Decide what needs attention

Identify the tracking changes your team wants to follow. Review the rules available in your workspace and choose the ones that fit your priorities.

  2. Choose and configure a channel

Set up email, Slack or a webhook as supported in your workspace. For a shared workflow, agree which team member will review the updates.

  3. Review the tracking behind the alert

When an update arrives, inspect the associated result. Keep the prompt, market and checks in view before making a campaign or creative decision.

Tracking & coverage
Which notification channels are supported?

Paid plans include email, Slack and webhook alerts. Configure the channel that fits your team’s workflow using the options available in your workspace.

Can I choose what triggers an alert?

Use the alert rules available in your workspace to choose relevant tracking updates. Review those options when setting up the workflow rather than assuming every possible metric has its own rule.

Are alerts a live feed of every ChatGPT ad?

No. Alerts are based on Metistic’s tracking results and configured rules. Metistic includes daily tracking; notifications do not represent every ad delivered across ChatGPT.

What should I do after receiving an alert?

Open the supporting tracking result and check the prompt, market, period and completed checks. Review the advertiser or creative involved, then decide whether the update needs further investigation.

Do I need a webhook to use alerts?

No. Email or Slack may be a better fit if your team wants a straightforward notification channel. A webhook is an option for teams with a technical workflow that can receive it.

From a prompt to a useful insight.

Record a guided tour of the real Metistic product. Start with the result visitors care about, then show the short path from setup to insight.

  1. 0–8 sec · Open a populated dashboard. Highlight tracked prompts, your ad presence and competing advertisers.
  2. 8–20 sec · Show a brand website, selected market and suggested prompts. Add one custom prompt.
  3. 20–35 sec · Cut to completed tracking with a clear “After tracking” caption. Open one prompt and highlight ad presence plus the number of checks.
  4. 35–50 sec · Reveal a competing advertiser, then a prompt where your brand was absent.
  5. 50–60 sec · End on the useful result and the same CTA used on the website: “Start free”.

Use a 16:9 screen recording with gentle zooms and short captions. Voiceover is optional; the story must work with sound off. Use a demo workspace and show tracking delays honestly.
