MAKE THE REVIEW MORE SPECIFIC

From a broad question to a finding you can discuss.

“Are our ads appearing in ChatGPT?” is a starting point. Metistic helps you go further: identify the prompt, see the advertiser and inspect what was recorded. Use that detail at different stages of your client work.

Build a competitive starting point

Before a campaign review, choose the buying questions that matter to the client. Discover which advertisers appear, including brands outside the client’s usual competitor list.

Useful for a new brief or an initial market review.

Explore prompt management

Investigate a specific visibility gap

Find prompts where a competing advertiser appeared and the client’s brand was absent. Review the recorded ad, offer and destination to give the discussion a concrete reference.

Useful for campaign and creative planning.

Explore ad gap analysis

Bring evidence into client updates

Explain the client’s ad presence, competing advertisers and important gaps with the tracking period and completed checks attached. Use the findings to agree what deserves a closer look.

Useful for a regular team or client review.

INSIDE A CLIENT REVIEW

Bring the prompt into the meeting.

Aven Audio sells headphones for work. In this example, the agency is reviewing four US prompts from the last seven days. The overall 24% ad presence is useful, but each prompt gives the team a different question to discuss.

Keep the evidence and the next action clear.

These results describe the completed checks, rather than every ad shown in ChatGPT. Pair the evidence with the client’s own campaign performance data and business goals when deciding what to investigate. A gap identifies a question; it does not establish the cause.

A REPEATABLE CLIENT WORKFLOW

Choose. Track. Understand. Share.

Keep the same tracking context from the initial brief to the follow-up review, so everyone can understand what changed.

  1. Agree the questions

Start with the client’s website and a supported market. Review suggested prompts and add category, use-case and budget questions that reflect the client’s priorities.

  2. Build the tracking history

Metistic tracks the selected prompts daily. Review the brand’s appearances, competing advertisers and no-ad results with the completed checks in view.

  3. Investigate the useful findings

Open the prompts that deserve attention. Read the competitor creatives and compare the evidence with the client’s products, messages and business priorities.

  4. Report and revisit

Bring the findings into a client update. Agree what to investigate or test, then review later tracking using a consistent prompt set, market and period.

AGENCY QUESTIONS

A clearer starting point for your team.

A few details about client access, coverage and reporting.

Tracking & coverage
Do we need access to a client’s ad account?

No. Metistic tracks paid ads independently. Start with the brand’s website, a supported market and relevant prompts. You can investigate the advertisers appearing on those questions without connecting the client’s advertising account.

Can we use it before a client starts advertising?

Yes. Track relevant buying questions to understand which advertisers appear and what their recorded ads say. This provides a competitive starting point. If the client is not advertising, interpret its brand absence in that context.

What can we use for client reporting?

Starter and Growth include CSV exports. Growth also includes scheduled PDF reports. Keep the prompt set, market, date range and supporting check counts clear when using the results in a client update.

Can Metistic show a client’s return on ad spend?

Metistic records paid ad appearances on tracked prompts. It does not measure a client’s spending, conversions or return on ad spend. Pair the tracking evidence with the client’s own campaign performance data when discussing those outcomes.

Which markets can we investigate?

Tracking is available in 52 supported markets. Free and Starter cover one market. Growth includes 200 prompts in total, which you can spread across any of the supported markets.

Which plan should an agency choose?

Choose by the prompt coverage, markets and reporting workflow you need. Free is a useful starting point for a focused review; Starter adds more prompts, full history, alerts and CSV exports; Growth adds broader prompt and market coverage and scheduled PDFs.
